Here is the promised update. As of yesterday, I have received the full refund from the store/merchant -SHOEBACCA- after returning the original purchase. When I called the customer service, the experience was great and the process was smooth. It was only too bad that when purchased through Amazon.com, no exchange is offered thus you can only get refund. But getting a full refund is just as good. And I'm very happy and will surely recommend buying here. For that, I bumped my rating up to 4 stars with one star still taking out for the shoe size problem. But that's more an Adidas issue.Original Comments
These are very cute shoes indeed. Bought and just received tonight for my 4-yr-old boy who currently wears size 8.5-9 a pair of size 9.5, but these 9.5's turned out to be really really tight and measured just about the same size as his other size-8.5 shoes. I'm working on getting them exchanged to size-10.5. Will report back on how it's resolved.
