(More customer reviews)This shoe provides pretty good support around the ankle, which I like, but when used on hard surfaces (sun baked or frosty fields) fatigue can set in around the balls of the feet and heels after a couple hours.
I am a referee and use these often for four to five hours at a time and have found they are immensely improved with the addition of some after-market insoles.
I have played recreational soccer a couple of times with the shoes and they seem to work well. The offset laces help provide a decent kicking surface and the molded grip provides good traction and purchase for quick cuts. On muddy fields, however, you will probably find them losing traction as the close-molded pattern will become clogged with the turf.
Overall, an OK budget buy, but consider spending a little more for extra comfort if you're going to be playing primarily on harder fields.
