I have been using these cleats for about 3 weeks so far. They are pretty comfortable and provide great function. The only drawback that I can see is getting them on your feet. Normally I am a size 10.5 on regular shoes (something like Adidas Samba's) but with cleats I am a 10. Since these cleats have offset laces, you have to open them up fair wide to be able to get them on your feet. Also if you use ankle protecting shin guards, I think this might be an even bigger issue. I bought a pair of Predator shin guards to use with these cleats so I can avoid using my older ankle/full protection shin guards. Overall I was pretty satisfied with this purchase. There isn't much of a selection in terms of cleats of this "type"/"design" that are made by the 2 big makers (Adidas/Nike). I think the only similar cleat to the Predator X's are the Nike CTR360's. I was able to get the Predators for ~$110 with shipping from Amazon while the CTR360's can range from $180 for the regular version all the way up to $250-260 for the elites. I think the similar functionality but much better price makes the Predators a better choice. Alex
