(More customer reviews)After a lot of searching, I zeroed in on the Samba NUA, and I haven't regretted it. I've had it for about 4 months now, and it shows no signs of wear and tear, other than reshaping itself slightly to my foot's structure.
While playing, it feels light and comfortable, with soft lining on the inside. The heel is not the thickest, but then again, these are soccer shoes, not basketball. The sole is great and has a good grip on the court, with Adidas's tried and tested Samba model.
As far as looks go, the black one doesn't look so good when you see it up close, with the gold looking pretty cheap. The white does look better. Adidas probably realized that too, and that's why they were selling the black ones at a very low rate of $24.95. At that rate, and for the way it feels when I play, I wouldn't care if it was colored bright pink! :D
If you plan to use it as a regular sneaker as well, be warned. The lack of a solid heel can come back to bite you, if you walk a lot, as I found out from experience. But if you plan to use it only while playing, or for trips where you're not going to walk to much, its a great shoe.
