You runners out there will surely agree that half the frustration of shopping for running shoes is not just how the uppers fit overall, but finding a level of arch support that's right for you. I have high arches and countless are the times I have tried on shoes that shoe or running sites tout as "Great choice for the neutral runner with medium to high arches," and had the reaction, "Well, this shoe was obviously designed around someone with flat feet. This footbed is flat as a board." Now I don't have to put up with that disappointment anymore and I can focus on how the rest of the upper fits, what kind of midsole there is, whether I'm getting the forefoot cushioning I want, and maybe some mild stability features, and the overall weight of the shoe. Nice going, Sof Sole. These cushy Adapt insoles just put some real nirvana in my Mizuno Nirvanas and probably extended their useful life about 2-3 months.
