(More customer reviews)These are way better than my old laces that kept coming undone even when I double-knotted them. They did take a while to get set up in order to make my shoes fit properly. But I haven't really had to tweak them much since then. Slipping on shoes that used to have to be laced is great! I'm still not sure if there's a different way to install them. I ended up using the entire length on my women's size-11 Keen's (I have pretty wide feet too), so I was left with just the little plastic ends sticking out at the front end of the shoe (I didn't have any excess to cut off). You can sorta tuck the ends under, but they come out sometimes and don't look great. Other than that I like these a lot.
