(More customer reviews)I bought these at an outlet mall an hour away from where I live. After wearing them a few times I went to put them on and tie them when the plastic(little maroon piece at the top of the shoe) that holds the laces broke. I have tried doing a shipped exchange with Nike because of how far away the mall is that I bought them at and because the store clerk said the mall had no more of my sizes. Nike will not exchange the shoes unless I pay for shipping and handling of the shoes to Nike. I would have expected better customer service from Nike when they are selling shoes for almost $200.
These shoes look awesome but they do not function well as a winter boot.
